We thoroughly vet our guests not only with ID verification, address and security deposits; but we also build working relationships directly with companies who collaborate with us on vetting their employees that we provide accommodation for.

Before we view a property, our team of experts carry out extensive due diligence on the property and the area to make sure that we will meet the landlords rent. Whether the property is 100% occupied or not, the agreed rent will be paid to the landlord.

Yes, we view every property in order to assess the amount of work required before we make an offer.

If necessary, we do a light refurb for free to improve the overall condition of the property. This can include: painting, decorative flooring, and touches in the bedrooms, hallways, living room and bathrooms. See the portfolio section for an example.

We employ commercial cleaners for every changeover of guests to ensure the property is kept clean. We will also fix small maintenance issues for the duration of the agreement. Your property will be kept in top condition and in most cases will be in better condition at the end of the agreement.
